Tayah slept from 11:30 to 6:30 in one stretch last night!!! I feel like a new person. This may also have a little to do with the fact that it's SPRING!!! Do all wonderful things in life start with "S"? Hmmm... no- just a happy coincidence! Seriously, I actually had to think about it for a minute- obviously I haven't quite recovered from six months of sleep deprivation. Hopefully my mushy mommy brain will bounce back someday. Until then you'll just have to get used to me saying things like, "mushy mommy brain". Here's to sleep, spring, and the letter "S"!

In the Living Room
Guess where I am?!?!.... In my living room. Now this may not sound all that exciting but I assure you-it is! I am sitting on my couch, typing on my laptop, which is connected to the Internet!
We just got a wireless router. Before my lovely router I had to choose between the kitchen or the bedroom (our kitchen is the only room in our house with an operable phone jack). The bedroom however required risking my life every time I had to get up to feed Tayah, as I tripped over the intricate mass of cables running across the floor. NOT FUN!
I'd also like to take this time to note that both Trent and I are completely computer impaired so I am quite proud that we figured out how to set up this contraption-even if it did come with a step by step instructional DVD!
In other news- who knew blogging could be so hard? I have tried to blog a couple of times in the last month but I just couldn't bring myself to post anything. My blogs always sounded so dumb after I'd reread them. I've decided I need to get over this and just post anyway.
